Cai Airbnb – Damage and Liability Policy*
We kindly ask you to treat our home with care and respect during your stay. By booking with Cai Airbnb, you agree to the following terms regarding property damage and liability: Guest Responsibility for Damages Guests are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage to the property, furnishings, appliances, or amenities caused during their stay whether accidental or due to negligence. Reporting Damages Please inform us immediately if something is broken or damaged. Prompt reporting allows us to address the issue quickly and fairly. Assessment and Charges After your stay, the property will be inspected. If any damage is found, we will document it and notify you before submitting a claim through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. You may be charged for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning if necessary. Security Deposit and Airbnb Policy In accordance with Airbnb’s policies, we may request compensation through Airbnb if damages occur. This may involve part or all of the security deposit if one is in place. Normal Wear and Tear We understand that minor wear and tear happens. You will not be charged for small, reasonable signs of use (e.g., scuff marks or a broken glass). By staying at Cai Airbnb, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
